Product Description
This is a new designed Worktop Jig, developed for the HIRE market. There are no loose parts! Alignment pins are part of the worktop jig itself!
The jig is also fitted with a replaceable insert so damages to the main slot can be fixed, without the need of changing the whole jig.
Datums for positioning the jig, for both female and male joints, have been incorporated into the design, which will reduce setting up time and the probability of positional error.
In addition essential instructions and diagrams are engraved on the jig so there is very little need to refer to the manual.
Made of 12mm High Pressure Laminate
You might also need:
- 30mm guide bush
- 12.7mm (1/2″)X50mm cutter
- One pair of G-clamps
- Hand Router with 12.7mm (1/2″) capacity
